The project is located in western Kiryat Haim, about 50 m from the shoreline, between the main Degania Avenue and an old fuel tank farm on an area of ​​about 8 dunams. The project was created while identifying an open space with unrealized potential to serve as a community space. The project connects three different populations in their essence and needs into one community. Based on community space and cooperative spaces, populations are formed. Each population can maintain an array of life that suits its needs, and crystallize within itself. The heart of the community space and the collaborative spaces allow the residents to create a common life center where it is possible to live a community life, a common culture, gather, and more. In the various spaces there will be functions that will serve the community, and support it in various aspects. The project is a kind of adapted interpretation in a modern architectural language that allows for comfortable and affordable housing available to anyone who wants to live a community life in the city.
